Tadashi is a tall human with descent boy build, he has slightly pale skin, and blackish colored irises. He wears the scouting regiment uniform and he also has the 3D maneuver gear. Tadashi always has a serious expression when on duty, but during his times off of his duty his expression softens to that of a warm smile, and friendly appearance. When not wearing his uniform he usually wears SOME of the 3D maneuver gear's armor, with a turquoise top underneath, black colored loose pants, matching runners with spikes on the sides and a base ball cap.

Tadashi has a very fun-loving and goofy personality when not on his duties as a soldier. He can be extremely protective, sometimes aggressive if he has to be. Tadashi is a man who is honest and selfless. When on duties Tadashi puts on a very serious and quiet act to show that he takes his duties VERY seriously. Tadashi acts as bait, either to buy humanity time to escape behind the walls (if it comes to that) or to distract titans as other soldiers get the wounded. Tadashi is willing to give up his life to save many, even if it's in vain
